VCU Libraries offers classrooms and event spaces on both campuses for use by VCU units and departments.

Cabell Library Event Spaces
Located on the Monroe Park Campus, offers three rooms for booking by university units/groups: the Cabell Library Lecture Hall (room 303), the Sisisky Board Room (room 311) and the Multipurpose Room (room 250).
Classrooms at Cabell Library are reserved for librarian-led instruction and classes and workshops. Faculty can also request customized sessions to fit courses.
Health Sciences Library Classrooms and Event Spaces
Located on the MCV Campus, the Health Sciences Library offers a computer classroom with 24 computers for your classes and instruction sessions. A 35-seat lecture room, equipped for media presentations, operates both as a distance learning facility and as a smart classroom.
Rental Fees for 2022–23
Note: Reservation time is measured from arrival of event manager to departure. Fee includes setup, breakdown, cleanup and furniture and AV readily available.
