Due to a change in the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standards, VCU Libraries' service desks can no longer accept phone payments beginning immediately.  

Fines and fees can be paid in person at either Cabell Library or Tompkins-McCaw Library any time the libraries are open. We accept cash, checks, credit/debit and RamBucks. Payments are also accepted via mail (checks payable to VCU Libraries). If paying by mail, please send payments to Cabell Library, Attn: Jean Scott; PO Box 842033; Richmond VA 23284-2033.
