To support the research, teaching, learning, clinical care and administrative needs of the VCU academic community. VCU Libraries introduces free electronic delivery of  articles and chapters from its collections. This service includes the retrieval and digitization of materials in storage or in other circulating or non-circulating collections.

Digital materials are delivered to email addresses of students, faculty and staff.

VCU Libraries also offers free delivery of books and hard-copy materials to staff and faculty at their on-campus addresses. Or materials will be left for pickup at library information services desks.

To use these free services, create an ILLiad account (http://www.library.vcu.edu/illiad/). In the profile, choose “Mail to Address” as the delivery method and use your campus box address. If you are already an ILLiad user, log into your account and select Change User Information to update your delivery preference and address.
