Description
To explore the importance of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and maps and their ability to connect people, regions and systems, VCU Libraries joins with hundreds of organizations around the world to mark GIS Day.
The VCU GIS Day event is sponsored by VCU Libraries with partners from VCU Facilities, VCU Urban and Regional Planning and VCU Rice Rivers Center.
The event is free and open to all and will be held in person and live streamed through Zoom. Parking is available for a fee in the West Broad Street, West Main Street and West Cary Street parking decks.
